I need to change or cancel my order.

Because our products are customized, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We will check whether your order has already entered production. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Once you have added the item or items you would like to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout. Enter your code in the “Discount code or gift card” box and click “Apply.” The discount will be shown in your order summary if the code is valid.

Will my metal product rust?

Our metal products are powder-coated and cured in a 400-degree oven. As long as there are no blemishes exposing the actual metal, your product will be protected from the elements.

Damage and Return Policy

Because our products are customized, they cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or believe part of your order is missing, please contact us within three business days of delivery as shown in your order tracking information.

Please email support@heartlune.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

How to Hang Metal Signs

Our metal signs come with pre-drilled holes. We recommend using #8 × 2-inch screws to hang them securely.

I need an item by a certain date. How can I guarantee that?

Since we do not offer expedited production or shipping services, we recommend placing your order at least five weeks before the date you need it.

Each item requires personalized production time in addition to shipping time, so please order well in advance. Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed.

How long does it take to ship an order?

The general production time for most products is 5–7 business days. Each item is unique and customized, so production cannot begin until your order has been successfully placed.

Production times may vary during holidays, peak shopping seasons or periods of high order volume. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and the selected shipping method.
